Stratford Place  was constructed in phases, beginning in 1985 and completed in 1995.

Stratford Place is comprised of one -and- two bedrooms models with six different floor plans. All models include either a wood burning gas or gas fireplace with either a patio area, balcony or sunroom. Top- floor units feature vaulted ceilings and skylights. Owners and prospective owners should be aware that wall to wall carpeting, with padding, must be maintained on all floor surfaces ( excluding closets, kitchens and bathrooms) in upper- level units. Any other kind of flooring is currently prohibited in accordance with Stratford Place's By-Laws.
