BY-LAWS' UPPER LEVEL UNITS' FLOORING PROVISION AMENDMENT

The Board of Directors this year will try again to have Unit Owners consent to amend the Association's By Laws' upper level units' flooring provisions. On November 30,2023, Unit Owners were sent the proposed amendments' documents. If you need copies of the amendments' documents, please email Claudia Guzman at cguzman@legumnorman.com.

The Board thanks all Unit Owners who have previously returned Consent Forms ("Forms"). If you have not returned your Forms, please do so as soon as possible. As a reminder, all record owners of the unit must sign the Consent Form or none of the votes for that unit will be considered. The board strongly encourages all Unit Owners to participate in this most important community matter. 

Community Pool Now Open

The community pool is now open. Come and enjoy this unique feature of the Stratford Place's Community. Admission to the pool requires submitting Stratford Places Resident Information Form, so you may obtain the 2024 pool season wristband. Please contact Claudia Guzman, our On-Site Manager, at cguzman@legumnorman.com for this form. 

Pool Hours 

Monday through Friday 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

High Sierra's ( our current pool company) policy is children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed to be at the pool without parental supervision.

Board Meetings

The Board continues to hold its monthly meetings virtually on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00p.m. Information, including links for the meetings and agendas are sent, one week prior to the meetings, to residents who have given their email addresses information to Management.  All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
